The Judicial Branch serves as one of the three coequal branches of the Student Senate, alongside the Legislative and Executive Branches, and operates under the authority of all governing documents of the Student Senate. The purpose of the Judicial Branch is to serve as the impartial and authoritative interpreter of the Student Senate's governing documents, ensuring that the Student Senate's actions and decisions conform to its constitutional and procedural requirements.
